I’m originally from SC, but I’ve lived in Brooklyn, NY for almost 9 years!

I’m a foodie! I love trying different foods from around the world.

What do you do for work?
I oversee recruitment, parent engagement and high school readiness at a charter middle school.

What are you most passionate about?
Helping and encouraging others, specifically those that are broken, those that live in underserved communities, and those that feel lost and alone.

What made you choose to go on a Brave By Faith Travel Experience?
I heard so many great things about Brave By Faith from a friend who went on a trip. Her excitement got me excited! I was wanting to travel more and saw this as the perfect opportunity to do so.

What was your most defining moment of your Brave by Faith Experience in?
The all white dinner!! It was absolutely beautiful and the PERFECT way to close out our trip. We spent time affirming one another and sharing beautiful moments from our time in Dubai. Then, we ate the most amazing food while taking in the most beautiful scenery. I wish I could have captured that moment in a bottle.

What does being Brave by Faith mean to you?
It means having the courage to step out and pursue what God is calling you to do even when you’re afraid. It means taking the first step even when you’re not able to see the full picture. It means trusting God with your today and your tomorrow and having enough faith in Him to move forward when you can’t fully see what’s up ahead. It’s the God-ordained courage that enables you to do the seemingly impossible.
